Kundalini Yoga is a tool for building self-awareness and self-mastery as well as reducing pain and stress. Kundalini Yoga works by cleaning out the negativity, disease and unhealthy subconscious patterns of your mind so that you can experience your inner-strength and excellence.
Each Kundalini yoga session with Dr. Gabrielle is different and combines the use of movement, music, and meditation. The sessions can be very challenging or very gentle depending your needs.
Dr. Gabrielle recommends that you always listen to your body, do only what is comfortable and ask questions if you are not sure about a certain posture or technique. Whether you want to develop a serious yoga practice or just learn a few tricks to help calm the body and mind, Kundalini Yoga will benefit you.
